Dramatic eyes & messy eyebrows.
I'll show you how to master my favourite eye look.
Step One: Create your wing by taking your Rimmel London Glam'Eyes Liquid Liner, draw a line from the corner of your eye heading toward to end of your eyebrow. Follow your lower lash line for direction.
Step Two: From the middle of your eyelid, draw a connecting line to your wing. If you smudge your line, use the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water on a Q-tip to remove. (Even the best of us can make mistakes)
Step Three: Fill in the spaces with your eyeliner and continue the line through to the inner corners of your eye lid!
